Welcome to GSC Wizard! This guide will help you get started and make the most of your Google Search Console data.

New to Google Search Console? Check our GSC FAQ for answers to common questions about indexing, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, property verification, and more.
Connecting Google Search Console
GSC Wizard uses Google OAuth to securely access your Search Console data. Here's how to connect:
- Click "Get Started" or "Sign In" in the navigation
- Sign in with your Google account that has access to Search Console
- Grant GSC Wizard permission to read your Search Console data
- Select which properties you want to analyze - supports both Domain property and URL-prefix property types. Not sure which to choose? See our FAQ on Domain property vs URL prefix.
Note: We never store your Google credentials. We only store an access token that can be revoked at any time from your Google Account settings.
Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard shows an overview of all connected properties with key metrics from the Google Search Console performance report:
Click on any property to dive into detailed analytics, queries, pages, and more. For an explanation of how these metrics work inside Google Search Console itself, visit our GSC Performance Report guide.
Analytics
The analytics section provides detailed insights into your search performance across three dimensions:
Queries
See which search queries bring traffic. Filter by clicks, impressions, CTR, or position. Use the striking distance filter to surface keywords ranking in positions 4–20 - small optimizations here can produce significant CTR and traffic gains. Compare time periods to see trends.
Pages
Analyze performance by page. Identify top performers and pages that need improvement. Cross-reference with indexing status to spot pages marked as "Discovered - currently not indexed" that may be missing traffic entirely.
Countries
Understand where your traffic comes from geographically with country-level breakdowns.
Traffic Forecasting
GSC Wizard uses machine learning to predict your future traffic based on historical patterns.
How it works
- Analyzes your historical traffic data
- Detects seasonal patterns (weekly, monthly, yearly)
- Identifies growth trends with multiple trendline models
- Generates forecasts with configurable growth rates

- Click "Create Cluster"
- Define keywords that belong to the cluster
- Track aggregate clicks, impressions, CTR, and position
Try the interactive demo to see how it works.
Opportunities & Reports
Discover quick wins and optimization opportunities with built-in reports. Each report is powered by your Google Search Console data and designed around the metrics SEOs actually search for:
Content Decay Map
Heatmap of pages losing traffic over time - spot declining performance before it becomes a problem
Keyword Cannibalization
Find keywords where multiple pages compete and consolidate for stronger indexing signals
CTR Benchmark
Compare your actual CTR against position benchmarks - find titles and descriptions that underperform
Striking Distance Keywords
Keywords in positions 4–20 ready to push into the top 3 - the highest-ROI keyword research you can do
On-Page SEO Check
Crawls your top pages with GSCWizard-Bot to check whether your top-impression queries appear in title, meta description, and H1
Tip: GSC Wizard surfaces performance data, but some issues (like pages stuck as "Discovered - currently not indexed", Core Web Vitals failures - LCP, INP, CLS - or sitemap errors) need to be investigated directly in Google Search Console using the URL Inspection tool. Our GSC FAQ explains how to use each of these features.
FAQ
Why don't I see all my properties?
GSC Wizard only shows properties you have permission to access in Google Search Console. Make sure you're signed in with the correct Google account. Note that Domain properties and URL-prefix properties are treated separately in GSC - learn the difference in our FAQ.
How often is data updated?
Data is fetched from Google Search Console in real-time when you load the dashboard. Google typically updates data with a 2-3 day delay.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Every data table and report has an export button to download as CSV.
How do I disconnect my account?
Go to Account settings and click "Disconnect Google Account". You can also revoke access from your Google Account security settings.
Have more questions about Google Search Console?
Our dedicated GSC FAQ covers topics like how to request indexing using the URL Inspection tool, understanding Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), setting up sitemaps, choosing between a Domain property vs URL prefix, and diagnosing pages with the status "Discovered - currently not indexed".
