By accessing or using GSC Wizard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GSC Wizard is a web-based application that provides analytics, insights, and tools for Google Search Console data. The Service requires you to connect your Google Search Console account via Google OAuth.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Have a valid Google account with access to Google Search Console
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Plan

We offer a free plan with limited features. No payment is required for the free plan.

Paid Plans

For paid plans:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial months of service

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GSC Wizard and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Google Search Console and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or functionality of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY DATA OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GSC WIZARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GSC Wizard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GSC Wizard operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
