How it works

Three simple steps to protect your most important pages.

1

Select Your URLs

Import from your XML sitemap, pick your top URLs by clicks from GSC, or upload a CSV file. Monitor up to 1,000 URLs per site.

2

Automated Daily Checks

GSC Wizard uses Google's URL Inspection API to check each URL's indexing status every day. Checks are distributed across 24 hours to stay within API limits.

3

Get Alerts Instantly

Receive warnings when pages are deindexed or haven't been crawled in 120+ days. Acknowledge warnings to reduce noise and focus on what matters.

Catch indexing problems before they cost you traffic

Every day a page is missing from Google's index, you're losing potential visitors. The Indexing Monitor keeps watch so you don't have to.

Deindex Alerts

Get notified the moment a previously indexed page drops from Google's index. See exactly when the status changed so you can investigate and fix the issue fast.

Stale Crawl Warnings

Pages not visited by Googlebot in 120+ days are at risk of being dropped. GSC Wizard flags these before they become a problem so you can request re-crawling.

Health Score

A single 0–100 score that combines indexing rate, crawl freshness, and warning count. Track your indexing health over time and spot trends before they become issues.

Reports

Detailed Indexing Reports

Go beyond simple status checks with reports that show trends, highlight problems, and help you prioritize fixes. Understand not just what happened, but when and why.

  • Lost pages report - pages that went from indexed to not indexed
  • Newly indexed - pages that recently entered the index
  • Crawl freshness - distribution of days since last Google crawl
  • Coverage trends - index coverage over time with breakdown charts
  • CSV export - download any report for offline analysis

Frequently asked questions

What is indexing monitoring?
Indexing monitoring tracks whether your important pages are included in Google's search index. When a page drops out of the index, it stops appearing in search results entirely - meaning zero organic traffic. An indexing monitor checks your pages daily and alerts you when problems occur, so you can fix them before traffic loss becomes significant.
How does the Indexing Monitor work?
GSC Wizard uses Google's URL Inspection API to check the indexing status of up to 1,000 URLs daily. It tracks whether each page is indexed, not indexed, or has warnings like stale crawls (no Google visit in 120+ days). Status changes are logged with timestamps so you can see exactly when a page was deindexed.
How do I add URLs to monitor?
You can add URLs three ways: import your top-performing URLs by clicks from Google Search Console data, bulk import from your XML sitemap, or manually paste URLs or upload a CSV/TXT file. You can monitor up to 1,000 URLs per site.
What is the Health Score?
The Health Score is a 0–100 composite metric that summarizes your indexing health at a glance. It factors in your indexing percentage (how many tracked URLs are indexed), crawl freshness (percentage crawled within the last 30 days), active warning count, and total tracked URLs. A score of 90+ means your indexing is in great shape.
