Three ways to sign in

Most people use Google. The other two exist for teams and for accounts that were set up for you.

Google sign-in Recommended

Click Sign in with Google and choose the account that owns your Search Console access. Your first sign-in creates the account, so there is no separate registration step and no password to remember.

Email magic link

For invited team members who do not use a Google account. Enter your email on the sign-in screen and a one-time login link is mailed to you. Links are only sent to invited or existing users, so the confirmation message looks the same either way.

Email and password

Works for accounts that already have a password set. Public email signup is switched off, so if you have never set a password, use Google sign-in or ask your team admin for an invite.

First time logging in?

Three steps between the sign-in button and your first report. It takes about a minute.

STEP 1

Sign in with Google

Use the Google account that already has access to your Search Console properties. Signing in only shares your name and email address.

STEP 2

Connect Search Console

Approve the read-only webmasters.readonly scope. GSC Wizard can read your performance data and nothing else. Read the setup guide.

STEP 3

Pick a property

Choose the sites you want to track. Your dashboard, ranking changes and content decay reports fill in as data is imported. Dashboard docs.

What is waiting after you log in

Your Search Console data, kept beyond Google's 16-month window and turned into reports you can act on.

Login problems, and how to fix them

The four things that trip people up most often.

You signed in, but no properties appear

Check which Google account you used, in the top-right menu of the app. GSC Wizard can only show properties that this Google user has access to in Search Console. If the account is right, finish the Connect Search Console step and approve the read-only permission. If it is wrong, sign out and sign back in with the other account.

You are signed into several Google accounts

Google picks one for you when only one is active. Use the account chooser on the consent screen, or open the login page in a private window, so you can select the account that owns the Search Console access.

The magic link did not arrive

Links are only sent to invited or existing accounts, so nothing arrives for an address that has never been invited. Check spam, confirm the spelling, and ask your team admin to send the invite from the Teams settings. How teams work.

You keep landing back on the sign-in screen

Login FAQ

What is the GSC Wizard login URL?
The official login page is tool.gscwizard.com/auth/signin. The app lives on tool.gscwizard.com, while www.gscwizard.com is this marketing site. Opening the app while signed out sends you to the same sign-in screen, and once you are signed in it takes you straight to your dashboard.
How do I log in to GSC Wizard?
Open the sign-in page and click Sign in with Google. Pick the Google account that has access to your Search Console properties and approve the consent screen. There is no separate password to create: the Google account is your GSC Wizard account, and signing in for the first time creates it.
Can I log in without a Google account?
Yes, if you were invited to a team or your account already has a password. The sign-in screen offers an email magic link for invited and existing users, and an email-and-password form for accounts that have a password set. Public email signup is disabled, so a brand-new account still starts with Google sign-in.
Do I need a paid plan to log in?
No. Signing in is free and no credit card is required to create an account and connect a property. Paid plans add more properties, full historical storage and the advanced reports, and each one starts with a 7-day free trial. See pricing.
Does GSC Wizard see my Google password?
No. Sign-in runs through Google OAuth, so your password is only ever typed on Google's own screens. GSC Wizard receives an access token, never your credentials. Search Console uses the read-only webmasters.readonly scope and GA4 uses analytics.readonly, so the app can read your reporting data but cannot change anything in your Google account. Privacy policy.
Why don't I see my Search Console properties after logging in?
Almost always because you signed in with a Google account that has no Search Console access, or because the Search Console connection has not been approved yet. Check the account in the top-right menu, then finish the Connect Search Console step. Properties your Google user cannot see in Search Console will never appear here, so ask the property owner to add your address first. Connection guide.
How do I log out?
Open the account menu in the top-right corner of the app and choose Sign out, or go to tool.gscwizard.com/logout directly. That clears the session on that device. On a shared computer, sign out of the Google account you used as well.
Do I need to log in to use the MCP server or the ChatGPT app?
You log in once in the browser to create the connection. The MCP server at mcp.gscwizard.com authenticates with OAuth or with an API key from your account settings, and the ChatGPT and Claude integrations walk you through the same browser sign-in the first time you connect. After that the client reuses the stored credential. MCP setup · ChatGPT app.
