The best Google Search Console tools for enterprise teams in 2026
At enterprise scale the first answer is not a product. It is Google's own bulk export to BigQuery, a complete copy of your Search Console performance data that is free of the API's row limits. It does not backfill, so every month without it is a month you cannot get back. After that the question is who needs to use the data: analysts who write SQL, technical SEOs who need crawl and log data next to it, or marketers who need a finished report. Those are three different tools.
Disclosure: we make one of the tools in this guide (GSC Wizard). For enterprise teams we have ranked it fourth of 6, and it gets the same "watch for" note as every other tool. Facts about other products come from each vendor's own website, checked October 3, 2026, and every source is linked at the bottom. Spot an error? Tell us.
On this page
Switch on the BigQuery bulk export for every property. It is complete, it is yours, and it only records from the day you enable it.
Botify, Lumar or Conductor. Crawl, logs and Search Console data under one contract, with no public prices.
GSC Wizard. Reports across up to 650 properties, with stored history and traffic alerts on 150 of them, without an enterprise contract. It is a young product, so read its watch-for note.
What enterprise teams actually need from a Search Console tool
The feature checklist matters less here than data completeness, ownership and whether the vendor survives procurement.
Complete data
A large site exceeds the API's 50,000 rows a day per search type. Anything built on the standard API is a partial view of the long tail. The bulk export is the complete record.
Ownership
Data that lives only in a vendor's system leaves when the contract does. Keep a copy in your own cloud project, whatever tool sits on top.
Many properties, many people
Country domains, subfolders, brands and business units add up to dozens or hundreds of properties, with stakeholders in each. Check property limits, seat limits and how access is scoped.
Crawl and log data next to search data
At millions of URLs, the questions are about crawl budget and indexation. Those need a crawler and server logs joined to Search Console data.
Security review
Procurement will ask where data is hosted, how sign-in works and what the vendor's track record is. Small vendors can fail this step, good ones included.
A route into BI
The numbers have to reach the dashboards the business already reads, through BigQuery, a connector or an API.

The 6 tools, in the order we would try them
Six options, ordered by how fundamental each is at enterprise scale. Ours is fourth.
1. Search Console bulk export to BigQuery
What it is. Google's own daily export of Search Console performance data into a BigQuery dataset that you control. It is not subject to the daily row limit, it keeps anonymized queries as flagged rows with the query text blank instead of dropping them, and the tables are kept forever by default. You query it with SQL or chart it in Data Studio.
Why it fits enterprise teams. It is the only source without the row limit, it keeps anonymized queries as flagged rows with the query text blank, and the tables stay in your own Google Cloud project for as long as you choose. For Search Console data, the API-based tools on this page read a subset of what this gives you.
Watch for. It is raw tables. Someone has to model them, build reports and control query costs. It needs owner permission on each property and a Cloud project with billing, and it records nothing from before the day you enable it.
Cost. No licence fee. You pay Google Cloud storage and query costs, which have a free usage level, and you need a Cloud project with billing enabled. Google's bulk export documentation. Price checked Oct 3, 2026.
2. Botify, Lumar and Conductor
What it is. Enterprise SEO platforms for sites with millions of pages. They combine their own crawl with Search Console data and, in varying depth, server log data. Botify, for example, says its RealKeywords feature imports your complete Search Console data daily.
Why it fits enterprise teams. For sites with millions of pages, these platforms combine their own crawl with Search Console data and, in varying depth, server log data, so you can see which sections Google crawls, indexes and sends traffic to. Botify says its RealKeywords feature imports your complete Search Console data daily. They are built and sold for enterprise buyers.
Watch for. None of them publishes prices, and Botify and Lumar are sold through a demo or a quote, while Conductor offers a three-week trial, so budget time for a sales process. They are far more than a mid-sized site needs.
Cost. None of the three publishes prices. Botify and Lumar are sold through a demo or a quote; Conductor lists its plans without prices and offers a three-week free trial. Price checked Oct 3, 2026.
3. JetOctopus
What it is. A technical SEO platform for large sites: a cloud crawler, a log file analyzer and a Search Console module joined together, so you can see which pages are crawled, which Googlebot actually visits and which ones rank.
Why it fits enterprise teams. It covers the same technical ground (a crawler, a log analyzer and Search Console data joined in) with public prices and a 7-day trial. Seats are unlimited, which suits a large in-house team, and it can export Search Console data to BigQuery.
Watch for. Growth at $349 a month, billed annually, includes 3 Search Console properties and Pro at $809 includes 10, so a company with many country properties needs the higher plans. It is a technical tool, not a reporting layer for marketers.
Cost. Growth is $349 a month billed annually for 500,000 crawled URLs and 3 Search Console properties. Pro is $809 for 2 million URLs and 10 properties. Seats are unlimited. 7-day trial without a card. JetOctopus pricing. Price checked Oct 3, 2026.
4. GSC Wizard
What it is. A Search Console, GA4, Bing, Yandex and Google Merchant Center analysis tool. It stores your Search Console history in its own warehouse (up to ten years on stored properties) and builds reports on top: content decay, cannibalization, CTR benchmarks, striking-distance queries, forecasting, anomaly detection and an indexing tracker. Traffic and indexing alerts go to Slack, Microsoft Teams or a webhook, and the same data is available to ChatGPT and Claude through an MCP server, including the Yandex and Merchant Center data.
Why it fits enterprise teams. It gives non-technical teams the reports they would otherwise ask an analyst for: decay, cannibalization, internationalization across country properties, migration analysis that checks redirects and tracks recovery from the go-live date, forecasting, and anomaly alerts in Slack or Teams. Business covers 500 live properties plus 150 stored for €249, and custom plans go further, with custom retention and dedicated or local-region servers. If you already run the BigQuery bulk export, that history can be imported on request, and its MCP server lets analysts query the same data from an AI assistant. Data is hosted in the EU. More on our enterprise page.
Watch for. Be clear-eyed about the vendor: GSC Wizard launched in 2026 and is built and run by one person. Sign-in is by Google account, magic link or password, and there is no SAML single sign-on. Standard plans include up to 10 invited seats, with more at €9 a month each. Properties that are not stored read the API, with its row limits, and traffic alerts only run on stored properties. Its full on-page check and link crawl stop at 1,000 pages, and there is no log analysis.
Cost. 7-day free trial without a card, then Starter at €17 a month (10 live properties plus 5 with stored history, 15 in total, 1 invited seat), Pro at €39 (50 plus 25, 75 in total, 3 seats) and Business at €249 (500 plus 150, 650 in total, 10 seats). In US dollars that is $19, $49 and $299. Every feature is on every plan. There is no free plan for the web app and no annual discount. GSC Wizard pricing. Price checked Oct 3, 2026.
5. SEO Stack
What it is. A Search Console data warehouse that has grown into a wider platform. Every site on the plan is warehoused with no row cap, and around that it adds a site audit crawler, NLP content briefs, AI content writing, AI visibility tracking and project management. Its keyword and rank data come from your own Search Console, not from a scraped index.
Why it fits enterprise teams. The Agency plan warehouses 200 websites for 120+ months with 15 team members, and SEO Stack offers enterprise customers storage on their own premises. It adds site audits and AI visibility tracking to the Search Console data.
Watch for. Agency is $679.99 a month. Its integrations page lists BigQuery and Slack as coming soon, and its API page says the REST API is not out yet. Its site lists no Bing Webmaster Tools data.
Cost. Basic is $129.99 a month for 10 websites and 5 team members with 60 months of stored history. Pro is $349.99 for 30 websites and Agency $679.99 for 200 websites and 120+ months. Extra websites are $10 a month each. 14-day trial; the pricing page says a card is required, although other pages on its site say it is not. The $19.99 and $69.99 plans you may still see quoted elsewhere are closed to new signups. SEO Stack pricing. Price checked Oct 3, 2026.
6. Semrush
What it is. A broad all-in-one marketing suite, part of Adobe since April 2026. It has a keyword database of more than 27 billion keywords, backlink analytics, competitor organic and paid research, daily position tracking, a site audit crawler, and separate content, local and advertising toolkits, with AI visibility tracking on the plans above the entry one. Connected Search Console data appears in dashboards, report widgets and Organic Traffic Insights, and Semrush states that it never stores it.
Why it fits enterprise teams. Enterprise SEO is also about the market: competitor movements and keyword demand across countries. That is third-party data. Semrush, now part of Adobe, has it, along with daily position tracking and an Enterprise tier that lists forecasting.
Watch for. It states that it never stores connected Search Console data, so it does not replace anything above for first-party analysis. Each plan includes one user, and API access needs the Advanced plan with API units bought on top, or Enterprise.
Cost. The SEO plan is €134.21 a month, or €112.52 billed annually, for 5 websites, 500 tracked keywords and one user. Starter is €190.84, Pro+ €286.74 and Advanced €526.49. Extra users cost from €43 a month each. 7-day trial with a card, and a limited free account. Semrush pricing. Price checked Oct 3, 2026.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best Search Console tool for enterprise SEO?
Start with Google's BigQuery bulk export, since it is the complete record and it does not backfill. On top of it, Botify, Lumar and Conductor serve very large sites with crawl and log analysis, JetOctopus covers the same technical ground with public pricing, and an analysis layer such as GSC Wizard serves marketers who need finished reports.
Why is the BigQuery bulk export better than the API?
The API returns at most 50,000 rows per day per site per search type, so large sites lose their long tail. The bulk export is not subject to that limit, keeps anonymized queries as flagged rows with the query text blank, and stores the data in your own project.
Is GSC Wizard suitable for enterprise?
For analysis and monitoring across many properties, yes, with caveats. It supports 650 properties on Business (500 live plus 150 stored) and more on custom plans, hosts data in the EU and can import a BigQuery bulk export on request. It is a young product built by one person, there is no SAML SSO, and it has no full site crawler or log analysis.
How many Search Console properties can these tools handle?
GSC Wizard covers 500 on Business and up to 6,000 on its listed custom plans. SEO Stack's Agency plan covers 200 websites. JetOctopus includes 3 to 20 properties on its standard in-house plans. Enterprise suites are sized by contract.
