GSC Wizard vs SEO Stack
These two started from the same idea: store Search Console data in a warehouse so the 16-month and 1,000-row limits go away. SEO Stack has since grown into a wider platform with a site crawler, AI content tools and AI visibility tracking, and its price has grown with it. GSC Wizard has stayed with first-party search data and stayed cheap. So the choice is mostly about scope.
Disclosure: we make GSC Wizard, so read this as one side's account. To keep it useful, the section on where SEO Stack is the better choice comes first and is written as carefully as the one about us. Facts about other products come from each vendor's own website, checked October 3, 2026, and every source is linked at the bottom. Spot an error? Tell us.
On this page
You want one platform for Search Console data, site audits, content briefs, AI writing and AI visibility tracking, and five or more people need a login.
You want the warehouse and the analysis without the rest, you need Bing data, an indexing tracker or Slack and Teams alerts today, or the budget is under $100 a month.
SEO Stack's entry plan is $129.99 a month. The $19.99 price you may still see quoted elsewhere belongs to a plan that is closed to new signups.

Where SEO Stack is the better choice
SEO Stack covers more ground than we do, and it includes more people and more warehoused sites per plan. These are the points where it is the better choice.
It does more than Search Console analysis
SEO Stack lists 30 tools. Beyond the Search Console warehouse there is a site audit crawler you can schedule, NLP briefs that score a URL against a target query, an AI content editor, a title rewriter, AI visibility and prompt tracking, and project and task management. GSC Wizard does none of the content generation or prompt tracking, by choice: it stays with first-party search data. Its full on-page check and link crawl cover up to 1,000 pages each; SEO Stack's audit runs 250 to 2,500 pages depending on the plan and can be scheduled weekly. If you want those jobs in one login, SEO Stack is the one that has them.
Every site on the plan is warehoused
SEO Stack's Basic plan warehouses all 10 of its websites. GSC Wizard splits properties into two kinds: connected properties, which read the API live with 16 months of data, and stored properties, which are warehoused. Starter gives you 10 connected plus 5 stored, 15 in total. SEO Stack's model is simpler to reason about, and at ten sites it stores twice as many as our entry plan.
More seats
Basic includes 5 team members, Pro 10 and Agency 15, with read or write permissions per property. GSC Wizard includes 1, 3 and 10 invited seats and charges €9 for each extra one.
PDF export and a bigger filter builder
SEO Stack exports to Google Sheets, CSV and PDF. GSC Wizard has no PDF export. SEO Stack's filter builder layers up to 1,000 conditions with must and should logic, and its annotations come in 44 change types, with an email when something significant moves afterwards.
A longer history as a company
SEO Stack's first version dates from December 2021 and it is now on its third. GSC Wizard launched in 2026. SEO Stack also offers enterprise customers storage on their own premises.
Where GSC Wizard is the better choice
If the warehouse is what you came for, the comparison looks different. These are the points in our favour.
Price
SEO Stack's cheapest plan open to new customers is $129.99 a month. GSC Wizard starts at €17. At the top end, SEO Stack's Agency plan is $679.99 for 200 websites; GSC Wizard's Business plan is €249 for 500 live properties plus 150 stored. If the content and AI tools are not what you are buying, you pay for them anyway.
Longer retention on the cheaper plans
SEO Stack keeps 60 months of history on Basic and Pro and reserves 120+ months for Agency. GSC Wizard keeps up to ten years on every plan. In both tools the history starts with the 16 months Google still holds when you connect, so this difference only shows up almost four years after you connect.
Bing data
SEO Stack reads Google Search Console and GA4. GSC Wizard adds Bing Webmaster Tools, with query, page and crawl reports.
Indexing and alerts that exist today
SEO Stack's own pages mark indexing states across 2,000+ URLs and its Slack integration as coming soon. GSC Wizard's Index Tracker re-checks up to 1,800 URLs per property each day, and alerts already go to Slack, Microsoft Teams and webhooks.
No gates and no meters
Every GSC Wizard report is on every plan, and nothing is counted in tokens. SEO Stack's pricing page says keyword clouds, project management and the AI visibility assistant start on Pro, that white-label reports and CMS push are Agency only, and that AI use is metered in tokens per plan. Forecasting in SEO Stack runs through its AI assistant; in GSC Wizard it is an ordinary report.
What each one costs
Both tools price by plan. The difference is what is bundled. Monthly list prices for five situations:
| Situation | GSC Wizard | SEO Stack |
|---|---|---|
| 10 sites, 5 with stored history | €17 (Starter) | $129.99 (Basic, all 10 stored) |
| 10 sites, all with stored history | €39 (Pro, 25 stored) | $129.99 (Basic) |
| 10 sites all stored, team of 5 | €48 (Pro plus 1 seat) | $129.99 (Basic, 5 members) |
| 30 sites | €39 (Pro: 25 stored, the rest live) | $329.99 (Basic plus 20 extra websites) |
| 200 sites | €249 (Business: 150 stored, the rest live) | $679.99 (Agency) |
List prices on October 3, 2026, monthly billing, before any VAT. SEO Stack is priced in US dollars, gives 17% off for annual billing and charges $10 a month for each extra website. GSC Wizard's Starter, Pro and Business plans are $19, $49 and $299 in US dollars.
Which one should you pick?
One platform for SEO and content
SEO Stack. The scheduled audits, the briefs, the AI writing and the AI visibility tracking are real scope that GSC Wizard does not have.
The Search Console warehouse
GSC Wizard. The same core idea, with Bing, an indexing tracker and alerts, at roughly a seventh of the entry price.
An agency with 100 or more sites
Compare the top plans against your seat count. GSC Wizard is cheaper and covers more properties. SEO Stack includes more seats and stores every site.
Frequently asked questions
How much does SEO Stack cost?
Basic is $129.99 a month for 10 websites, Pro $349.99 for 30 and Agency $679.99 for 200, with 17% off for annual billing. The $19.99 Single Site and $69.99 Lite plans are closed to new signups.
Does SEO Stack have a free plan?
No. It has a 14-day trial. Its pricing page says a credit card is required, though other pages on its site say no card is needed.
How long do SEO Stack and GSC Wizard keep Search Console data?
SEO Stack keeps 60 months on Basic and Pro and 120+ months on Agency. GSC Wizard keeps up to ten years on stored properties, on every plan. Both begin with the 16 months Google holds on the day you connect.
Does SEO Stack include Bing data?
Not that we could find. Its site names Google Search Console and GA4 as its data sources and does not mention Bing Webmaster Tools. GSC Wizard reads Bing Webmaster Tools as well.
What does SEO Stack have that GSC Wizard does not?
A scheduled site audit, NLP content briefs, AI content writing, AI visibility and prompt tracking, project management and PDF export. GSC Wizard deliberately stays with first-party Search Console, GA4 and Bing data.
