The best Google Search Console tools for agencies in 2026

For an agency, the price list matters as much as the feature list, because every tool charges for something different: sites, clients, seats or stored history. An agency with 8 staff and 60 clients can pay $59 a month for one tool and several hundred for another that does a similar job. This guide sorts six tools by what agencies need from Search Console data, and by how each one's price behaves as the client list grows.

Disclosure: we make one of the tools in this guide (GSC Wizard). We have put it first for agencies, which is exactly the kind of ranking to be sceptical of, so it gets the same "watch for" note as every other tool and the alternatives are described on their merits. Facts about other products come from each vendor's own website, checked October 3, 2026, and every source is linked at the bottom. Spot an error? Tell us.

Best for analysis across many clients

GSC Wizard. Every client property in one grid, stored history for multi-year comparisons, and traffic alerts per client in Slack on the stored ones. Business covers 500 live properties plus 150 stored for €249.

Best flat price for big teams

SEO Gets. Unlimited sites and unlimited team members for $59 a month, with no-login client links.

Best for branded client reports

AgencyAnalytics. White-labelled dashboards and scheduled reports across 85+ sources, at $20 per client a month on annual billing.

What agencies actually need from a Search Console tool

Feature lists look alike across these tools. The differences that cost or save an agency money are these.

A pricing unit that matches your shape

Count clients, sites and staff before you compare prices. Per-site pricing punishes a long client list. Per-seat pricing punishes a big team. Flat pricing is cheapest for both, and usually gives up something else, such as stored history.

Every client on one screen

Monday morning starts with one question: which client moved? A grid of all properties with the change against the previous period answers it in a minute. Opening sixty Search Console properties one by one does not.

Access that does not hang on one Google login

Staff leave and clients change agencies. You want to grant and revoke access per property and per person, without sharing the Google account that holds the Search Console permissions.

A way to show the client

This ranges from a link the client opens, to a portal with a login, to a white-labelled PDF. Decide which one your clients expect before you look at tools, because few do all three.

History that predates the retainer review

Search Console keeps 16 months. A client who asks how this year compares with two years ago needs a tool that stored the data, and no tool can store what happened before you connected it.

Alerts, so the client does not tell you first

A traffic drop or a batch of deindexed pages should reach you before the client notices. Check whether alerts exist, and whether they can go to a channel per client.

The 6 tools, in the order we would try them

Six tools, in the order we would try them for an agency whose work is SEO analysis. If your main need is the monthly branded report, start at number three.

1. GSC Wizard

What it is. A Search Console, GA4, Bing, Yandex and Google Merchant Center analysis tool. It stores your Search Console history in its own warehouse (up to ten years on stored properties) and builds reports on top: content decay, cannibalization, CTR benchmarks, striking-distance queries, forecasting, anomaly detection and an indexing tracker. Traffic and indexing alerts go to Slack, Microsoft Teams or a webhook, and the same data is available to ChatGPT and Claude through an MCP server, including the Yandex and Merchant Center data.

Why it fits agencies. The home screen is a grid of every connected property with clicks, impressions, CTR and position against the previous period, and a cross-site total on top. Each property can be shared with a colleague or a client by email with read or full access, without sharing your Google login, and saved reports go out through a client portal. Stored properties keep history for up to ten years, traffic alerts on the stored ones can post to a Slack channel per client, and Business covers 500 live properties plus 150 stored for €249. There is more on the setup on our agencies page.

Watch for. Seats are the constraint: 1, 3 or 10 invited seats per plan and €9 a month for each extra one, and a client you give dashboard access to uses a seat. There is no white-label, no custom domain and no PDF export, so it does not produce the branded monthly report some clients expect. Only 5, 25 or 150 properties per plan keep stored history; the rest read Google's 16 months live.

Cost. 7-day free trial without a card, then Starter at €17 a month (10 live properties plus 5 with stored history, 15 in total, 1 invited seat), Pro at €39 (50 plus 25, 75 in total, 3 seats) and Business at €249 (500 plus 150, 650 in total, 10 seats). In US dollars that is $19, $49 and $299. Every feature is on every plan. There is no free plan for the web app and no annual discount. GSC Wizard pricing. Price checked Oct 3, 2026.

2. SEO Gets

What it is. A clean, fast Search Console dashboard built for people who run many sites. The free plan covers unlimited sites and team members and includes the master dashboard, growth and decay tabs, branded versus non-branded tracking and Google core updates on charts. The paid Core plan adds GA4, content groups, topic clusters, opportunity reports, annotations that start an SEO test automatically, an MCP server and no-login client links. It reads Search Console live and shows Google's 16 months; longer history is a per-site add-on called Super Sites.

Why it fits agencies. Its pricing fits agencies better than anyone's: unlimited sites and unlimited team members on both the free plan and the $59 Core plan. Core adds per-property magic links that clients open without logging in, with no SEO Gets branding, and which can be embedded in a portal you already use. Roles run from admin to viewer.

Watch for. History is 16 months unless you buy Super Sites at $10 per client site per month, which changes the arithmetic for a long client list. There is no Bing Webmaster Tools data, its site mentions no Slack or Teams integration, and alerts for traffic drops are listed on its roadmap as under consideration.

Cost. Free plan. Core is $59 a month or $590 a year. Super Sites, which keep up to five years of history and add index reporting for up to 5,000 pages, cost $10 per site per month. Sites and team members are unlimited on every plan. SEO Gets pricing. Price checked Oct 3, 2026.

3. AgencyAnalytics

What it is. An agency reporting platform. It connects more than 85 sources, including Search Console, GA4 and the ad platforms, and delivers them as white-labelled dashboards and scheduled reports in a client portal.

Why it fits agencies. If the deliverable is a branded report, this is the tool built for it. Search Console sits next to GA4, ad platforms and social in dashboards under your own brand, with scheduled reports and a client login. Staff accounts are unlimited.

Watch for. Its strength is delivery, not Search Console analysis: we found no content decay or cannibalization report among its features. Per-client pricing is comfortable at five clients and a real line item at sixty ($1,200 a month at the annual rate, before volume discounts), and rank tracking is a paid add-on.

Cost. $20 per client per month billed annually, or $25 billed monthly (a visitor in the Netherlands is shown €17 and €21), with unlimited staff accounts. Rank tracking is an add-on at $41.67 a month per 500 keywords, billed annually. 14-day trial without a card. AgencyAnalytics pricing. Price checked Oct 3, 2026.

4. SEOTesting

What it is. One of the longest-running Search Console tools, launched in 2016 under the name SanityCheck. Its core is SEO testing: single-page, group and URL-switch tests measured before and after a change, split tests against a matched control group, and tests of AI-referred traffic using GA4. Around that sit the standard reports (content decay, cannibalization, striking distance, brand versus non-brand), content groups, annotations with Google updates added automatically, and a branded monthly PDF report.

Why it fits agencies. Agencies get asked whether the work did anything. SEOTesting answers with tests: before and after a change, or against a control group, with results you can share by link and an AI summary that gives a verdict. It also produces a branded monthly PDF report, and users are unlimited.

Watch for. It charges per site, so it suits a few flagship clients, not the whole roster: twenty sites cost $375 a month. It is not an archive, so query-level history stays within 16 months.

Cost. $50 a month for one site, $125 for five and $375 for twenty, with unlimited users on every plan. Enterprise pricing is on request. 14-day trial without a card, with up to 30 sites. SEOTesting pricing. Price checked Oct 3, 2026.

5. SEO Stack

What it is. A Search Console data warehouse that has grown into a wider platform. Every site on the plan is warehoused with no row cap, and around that it adds a site audit crawler, NLP content briefs, AI content writing, AI visibility tracking and project management. Its keyword and rank data come from your own Search Console, not from a scraped index.

Why it fits agencies. The Agency plan covers 200 websites with 15 team members and 120+ months of stored history, and adds site audits, content briefs and AI visibility reports to the Search Console warehouse. Team members can be given read or write access per property.

Watch for. Agency is $679.99 a month, and Basic, at $129.99, covers 10 websites. Its pricing page lists white-label reports on the Agency plan while its agencies page says white-labelled client reports are not available today, so ask before you rely on that. Its site lists no Bing Webmaster Tools data.

Cost. Basic is $129.99 a month for 10 websites and 5 team members with 60 months of stored history. Pro is $349.99 for 30 websites and Agency $679.99 for 200 websites and 120+ months. Extra websites are $10 a month each. 14-day trial; the pricing page says a card is required, although other pages on its site say it is not. The $19.99 and $69.99 plans you may still see quoted elsewhere are closed to new signups. SEO Stack pricing. Price checked Oct 3, 2026.

6. Data Studio

What it is. Google's free dashboard builder, renamed back from Looker Studio in April 2026. Its native Search Console connector feeds any layout you can design, and partner connectors add other sources.

Why it fits agencies. It is free, clients already know how to open a shared link, and it lays out whatever the client asks for. For an agency that needs one bespoke dashboard per client and has someone to build them, it remains the default.

Watch for. Every dashboard has to be built and maintained. The connector reads Search Console, so history is still 16 months. It offers site-level and page-level tables that one data source cannot combine, and hits the 50,000-row daily limit on large sites. The free edition has no alerts, and a Search Console data source covers one property, so there is no cross-client view unless you build one.

Cost. Free for report creators and viewers. Data Studio Pro is $9 per user per project per month. Data Studio pricing. Price checked Oct 3, 2026.

Also worth a look

Semrush or Ahrefs

If you already pay for a suite, its report builder can put Search Console charts in a client report without another subscription. Semrush sells white-label per report. Ahrefs schedules PDFs from its Standard plan up and its help centre says it does not currently allow white-label.

SE Ranking

A suite with an Agency Pack, from €59 a month billed annually, that white-labels the whole platform and adds client seats. Worth a look if rank tracking is central to your reports.

The BigQuery bulk export

Google's own complete archive of a client's Search Console performance data, billed as Google Cloud usage. It does not backfill and needs owner permission on the property, so ask clients to switch it on early.

SEOTalos

Unlimited sites and seats for $59 a month, with SEO tests included. Its roadmap still lists stored history beyond 16 months as planned.

Which one to pick

Mostly analysis, 10 to 500 client sites

GSC Wizard for stored history, alerts and the portfolio grid. Add seats as the team grows, and pair it with a reporting platform if clients want a branded PDF.

Big team, long client list, tight budget

SEO Gets Core. Unlimited sites and seats for $59, with Super Sites only for the clients who need more than 16 months.

The report is the product

AgencyAnalytics for delivery, with an analysis tool behind it for the questions the report raises.

Plenty of agencies end up with two tools: one that clients see and one that the team works in. That is not waste: they do different jobs.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Search Console tool for agencies?

It depends on what you sell. For analysis and monitoring across many client properties, GSC Wizard or SEO Gets. For branded monthly reports across channels, AgencyAnalytics. For proving the impact of specific changes, SEOTesting. Many agencies combine a reporting platform with an analysis tool.

Which Search Console tools have unlimited sites?

SEO Gets includes unlimited sites and team members on its free plan and on Core at $59 a month. SEOTalos Pro also offers unlimited sites and seats for $59. GSC Wizard caps properties at 10, 50 or 500 depending on the plan, and SEOTesting charges per site.

Do any Search Console tools offer white-label reports?

AgencyAnalytics does, including a client portal under your own brand. SE Ranking sells white label as an add-on from €59 a month on annual billing, and Semrush offers it on Pro reports at about $20 per report per month. GSC Wizard has no white-label, and Ahrefs' help centre says it does not currently allow it. SEO Gets' client links carry no SEO Gets branding.

How do agencies keep client Search Console data beyond 16 months?

By connecting a tool that stores it, as early as possible, since nothing can recover data older than the 16 months Google holds. GSC Wizard stores it for 5, 25 or 150 properties per plan, SEO Gets through paid Super Sites, and SEO Stack for every site on the plan. Google's own BigQuery bulk export is the vendor-free option.
