GSC Wizard vs SEO Gets

Both tools sit on top of Google Search Console, and both fix its two best-known limits: the 1,000-row tables and the one-property-at-a-time view. They differ in what they charge for. SEO Gets gives away sites and seats and charges for history. GSC Wizard includes history and charges for sites and seats. Which one is cheaper for you depends on which of those you have more of.

Disclosure: we make GSC Wizard, so read this as one side's account. To keep it useful, the section on where SEO Gets is the better choice comes first and is written as carefully as the one about us. Where SEO Gets is the better choice

SEO Gets is a good product, and for some buyers it is plainly the better deal. These are the cases where we would send you there.

A real free plan

SEO Gets has a real free plan, not a trial: unlimited sites and unlimited team members, with no card required and no time limit stated. It is not a stripped-down demo either. The free plan includes the master dashboard, growth and decay tabs, branded versus non-branded tracking, Google core updates on charts and CSV exports of up to 50,000 rows. GSC Wizard has a 7-day trial and then costs money. If you do not need stored history, GA4 or content groups, the SEO Gets free plan does the job and we cannot match the price.

Unlimited sites and seats

Core costs $59 a month however many properties and people you add. GSC Wizard caps both: 10, 50 or 500 live properties (plus 5, 25 or 150 stored ones) and 1, 3 or 10 invited seats, with extra seats at €9 a month each. An agency with 120 client sites and a team of 15 pays $59 at SEO Gets and €285 at GSC Wizard (Business plus four extra seats). If 16 months of history is enough for those clients, that is not a close call.

On Core, each property can be shared as a magic link that opens without an account, carries no SEO Gets branding and can be embedded in a client portal. GSC Wizard's client portal asks every viewer to sign in with their own email. That is more private and easier to revoke. It is also one more step for a client who just wants to look at a chart.

Annual billing, a Chrome extension and change tracking

SEO Gets offers annual billing with two months free; GSC Wizard's standard plans are monthly only. It also has a Chrome extension that shows Search Console data on the page you are browsing, and on Super Sites it tracks changes to a page's HTML, status code and internal links, so you can see what changed before a ranking moved. GSC Wizard has neither.

It is simpler

SEO Gets does fewer things, and the interface shows it. If the person opening the tool is a content writer or a client, fewer reports can be the feature. GSC Wizard has more than twenty reports and expects you to know which one you want.

Where GSC Wizard is the better choice

These are the places where the two products differ in our favour. Each one is stated as something you can check.

Stored history is included, not an add-on

SEO Gets reads Search Console live, so by default it shows the same 16 months Google does. Keeping more requires Super Sites at $10 per site per month, which hold up to five years. GSC Wizard stores history for 5, 25 or 150 properties as part of the plan and keeps it for up to ten years. One caveat applies to both: neither can recover data from before you connected beyond the 16 months Google still holds, so the clock starts when you sign up. If you already have a BigQuery bulk export, SEO Gets can read it directly, and GSC Wizard will import it for you on request.

Bing next to Google

GSC Wizard reads Bing Webmaster Tools alongside Search Console, with its own query, page and crawl reports. SEO Gets reads Google Search Console only, not Bing Webmaster Tools; its public roadmap lists that as under consideration.

Alerts that come to you

GSC Wizard posts traffic drops, indexing regressions, Core Web Vitals changes and confirmed Google updates to Slack, Microsoft Teams or a webhook, emails a digest of indexing changes, and can send scheduled reports to a Slack channel. Traffic alerts run on stored properties. SEO Gets lists weekly summary emails and, for Super Sites, a weekly indexing report. Its roadmap still shows alerts on sudden growth or drops as under consideration, and it lists no Slack or Teams integration.

Deeper analysis reports

Both tools cover content decay, cannibalization, striking distance, branded versus non-branded traffic and CTR against a benchmark. GSC Wizard goes further with traffic forecasting, anomaly and change-point detection, an internationalization report and a report on how much data Search Console sampling hides. None of those appear on SEO Gets' feature pages.

Cheaper for one person with a handful of sites

If you want the paid feature set and stored history on five sites, GSC Wizard is €17 a month. The same at SEO Gets is Core at $59 plus five Super Sites at $10 each, so $109.

Data is stored in the EU

GSC Wizard's account database and data warehouse are hosted in Ireland and Germany. SEO Gets says it does not store Search Console site data by default, and that the data it does hold is stored in the United States. For most buyers this does not matter. For some European clients it decides the purchase.

What each one costs

Headline prices mislead here, because the two tools charge for different things. These are the monthly list prices for five common situations.

Situation GSC Wizard SEO Gets
One site, basic dashboard, 16 months is fine €17 (Starter) $0 (Free plan)
Five sites with stored history and all reports €17 (Starter, 5 stored) $109 (Core plus 5 Super Sites)
25 sites with stored history €39 (Pro, 25 stored) $309 (Core plus 25 Super Sites at list price)
50 client sites, team of 4, 16 months is fine €39 (Pro) $59 (Core)
120 client sites, team of 15, 16 months is fine €285 (Business plus 4 seats) $59 (Core)

List prices on October 3, 2026, monthly billing, before any VAT. SEO Gets is priced in US dollars; GSC Wizard's Starter, Pro and Business plans are $19, $49 and $299 in US dollars. SEO Gets' annual billing gives two months free, and it discounts Super Sites by quote from 20 sites.

Using both

Some people do. The SEO Gets free plan is a comfortable place to glance at every site you have access to, and it costs nothing. GSC Wizard then holds the long history and the alerts for the sites that pay the bills.

Which one should you pick?

Solo consultant or site owner

GSC Wizard, if you want stored history and Slack or Teams alerts on five sites, and ten more connected live, for €17. SEO Gets Free, if you just want a better view of Search Console and do not want to pay.

Agency with many clients and staff

SEO Gets Core when 16 months is enough: unlimited sites and seats for $59 is hard to beat. GSC Wizard when clients expect multi-year comparisons, Bing data or alerts in their Slack channel.

In-house team on a few sites

GSC Wizard. Stored history, GA4 and Bing alongside, forecasting and anomaly alerts matter more in-house than unlimited sites do.

Frequently asked questions

Is SEO Gets free?

Yes. SEO Gets has a free plan with unlimited sites and team members that includes the master dashboard, growth and decay tabs and branded versus non-branded tracking. GA4, content groups, topic clusters, opportunity reports, annotations, client links and MCP access are on the paid Core plan at $59 a month.

Does SEO Gets keep more than 16 months of Search Console data?

Only for Super Sites, a paid add-on at $10 per site per month that keeps up to five years and cannot recover data older than the 16 months Google still holds. By default SEO Gets reads Search Console live and shows Google's 16 months. GSC Wizard stores history for 5, 25 or 150 properties as part of its plans, for up to ten years.

Which is cheaper, GSC Wizard or SEO Gets?

It depends on what you have more of. For one person who wants the paid feature set on up to fifteen sites, five of them with stored history, GSC Wizard is cheaper at €17 a month. For many sites and a large team where 16 months of history is enough, SEO Gets is cheaper: $59 a month flat, or free.

Can I move from SEO Gets to GSC Wizard?

Yes. Both read the same Search Console properties through Google sign-in, so there is nothing to export. Connect the properties in GSC Wizard, choose which ones get stored history, and the last 16 months are backfilled from Google. Content groups and topic clusters have to be set up again.

Do both work with ChatGPT and Claude?

Yes. Both have an MCP server. SEO Gets includes it on the Core plan and connects as a custom connector. GSC Wizard includes it on every plan and is also available as an app in ChatGPT.
