Site analysis

Internationalization

Analyse how well each language or country version of your site reaches its intended audience.

Internationalization report in GSC Wizard analysing hreflang and locale targeting from Search Console country data
The Internationalization report (example data).
Run analysis

Using country-by-page data, the report runs in two modes: Folder (locales within one property, such as /de/ subdirectories or de. subdomains) and Domain (comparing multiple ccTLD properties).

What you get

  • Three tabs: Country Targeting, Cannibalization (the wrong locale or domain capturing a country’s traffic), and Cross-Property Comparison.
  • A per-site setting that decides whether a folder like /ar/ means a country or a language.
  • Exportable tables.

Hreflang tags tell Google which language/country version to serve; misalignment sends users to the wrong one. See the FAQ on hreflang.
